There's a great E46 M3 article in this month's Road & Track.

It compares the M3 to the Porsche and the Corvette (side note, I currently also have a '99 Corvette and it's the worst quality car I have ever owned...but very fast.)

Anyway, can you guess which car the magazine writers liked the best???

Once again, the M3 proves to be the best handling car at ANY price!

Got the mag right here in front of me. I own a 99 TA and it is also the worst quality I have ever owned. I have only had a Camaro and a TA and I think I only liked those cars because they were fast. Now that I am older, married and going to be a dad in about 3 weeks, I think I will be looking for more quality and refinement than performance in my next car. The M3 has both right? I guess I could get the best of both worlds.

btw, Know anyone who wants to buy a black 99 TA?

(and thats another thing. I will never buy a black car ever again!)
