Is there a way to put Vanos on a 3.2 liter 96 m3 engine?

US motors have vanos but not dual vanos. The vanos is only on the intake cam. And when dual vanos its on both the intake and exhaust.

I dont think u can put the dual vanos from the euro engine on the us engine. The 4th gen 3 series (E46) have dual vanos too.
