slaaw Junior Member Posts: 1 Registered: Nov 2000	posted 11-28-2000 02:34 AM             I reside in California and am considering purchasing a 1996 M3 from out of state. Are non-California M3's easily registrable in California or are some there some emission retrofit requirements? Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated. IP: Logged
