how can we install a T66 or smaller turbo on M3 engine ? wut will be the hardest thing to do ? have any idea ?

you should check out turnermotorsports. they have good proven mods for bmw's. you should look into changing the intake and chip it....and if that still is not enough for you, contact autowerks in miami, fl. i hear great things about their turbos.
